This comprehensive service is added to your 1-TO-ALL Maintenance Agreement and includes:

  • Dynamic inventory records for all supported products and sites
  • Implementation of updates according to customer business rules and authorized service windows
  • Closed-loop communications to announce updates and communicate impact assessment
  • Management and scheduling of all update activities including remote back-ups, execution of updates and coordination of all activities to restore service
