เป็นผู้นำในงานที่อยู่ใต้ความรับผิดชอบของตัวเองได้โดยไม่ต้องรอให้หัวหน้า เพื่อนร่วมงาน ลูกค้าหรือคนอื่นมาคอยบอก คอยสั่งหรือร้องขอเช่นการออกความคิด นำเสนอ และดำเนินการทุกอย่างเพื่อให้งานออกมาดีขึ้นเรื่อยๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ไม่หยุดนิ่ง รู้บทบาทหน้าที่และแสดงความเป็นเจ้าของงาน (take ownership) ที่ตัวเองรับผิดชอบโดยไม่โทษหรือโยนความรับผิดชอบให้ผู้ที่เข้ามาช่วยหรือผู้อื่น

Take ownership of the assigned job or role and take the next steps without being told or asked to do continuously to strive for perfection. Be proactive (not reactive) to present ideas and take the leading role to complete it. Never blame or pass the responsibilities or outcome of your own works to anyone else or to someone who helps you.

ทำเร็ว - Move fast

เริ่มลงมือทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายแบบให้เห็น action โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องรอ perfect Plans ไม่ผลัดวันประกันพรุ่งและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน

We believe that 'actions speak louder than words' and we do not believe in perfect plans. We want to work with someone energetic and not procrastinating all the times.

เน้นผล - Outcome

ให้ความสำคัญกับคำว่า 'ทําได้' (outcome) ไม่ใช่ 'ได้ทํา' (output) โดยมองที่ผลลัพธ์ที่เกิดขึ้นปราษจากข้ออ้างใดๆ เพื่อให้บรรลุตามเป้าหมายหรือวัตถุประสงค์ของงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถทำได้ เราจะรีบ update ปัญหาให้ทราบล่วงหน้าเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดความเสียหายกับองค์กรได้

We believe in getting work done to achieve expected 'outcome' without any excuse and not just showing 'output'. If any case, we feel that we cannot meet the expectation, we will proactively provide updates in order to prevent damage from happening.

To speak up on any disagreement, be sincere and honest to each other both in front and behind with everyone including your superior in order to sort out solution together. We will not tolerate people who are 'nice to your face and then talk behind your back' attitude

We respect all our partners, customers and colleagues in their role and value. We will never speak or act in the way that can cause distrust among each other both directly and indirectly.

ทีมเวิร์ค - Teamwork

เราเชื่อใน ​1+1 = 3 เราเชื่อว่าความสำเร็จที่ยิ่งใหญ่จากการทำงานเป็นทีม เป็นทีมเดียวกัน ไม่แบ่งแยกเพราะเรามีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน เราจะไม่ Take credit เป็นของตัวเองแต่ให้ credit กับคนอื่น ไม่ใช้คำว่าฉันแต่ใช้คำว่าเรา ถ้ามีข้อผิดพลาดเราไม่โทษคนอื่นและเอาตัวรอด เพราะเราคือทีมเดียวกัน

 สิ่งที่เราได้เรียนรู้และได้ประสบการณ์โดยตรงคือการที่ zoom เข้ามา transform ประเทศไทยของเราในมุมกว้างได้อย่างก้าวกระโดดแบบไม่ทันตั้งตัวและไม่เคยเห็นมาก่อน หลายองค์กรและธุรกิจเรียนรู้ที่จะต้องเอาตัวรอดแบบ do or die เปลี่ยนตัวเองจาก onsite เป็น online หรือ Work from home ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ทุกคนเลือกใช้สินค้าที่ใช้งานง่ายที่สุด ประหยัดที่สุดและใช้งานได้จริง

 ภายในเวลาไม่ถึง 3 เดือนหลังจากที่ covid ระบาด ทุกองค์กรก็สามารถปรับตัวเองไปสู่การทำงาน WFH ได้โดยแทบไม่ต้องมีการสอน หรืออบรมใดๆ ทุกคนเรียนรู้ที่จะใช้ zoom ได้เอง

เป็นครั้งแรกที่ Technology Adoption เกิดขึ้นได้เองในมุมกว้างอย่างก้าวกระโดดในโลกตั้งแต่เด็กไปถึงผู้สูงวัย ทุกเพศ ทุกวัย ทุกอาชีพ และทุก skill.

 ปรากฏการณ์ดังกล่าวทำให้ วัน-ทู-ออลได้เรียนรู้ technology พลิกโลก ที่ผลิกโฉมการทำงาน การประชุม และการเรียนการสอนได้มุมกว้างอย่างก้าวกระโดด หรือที่เรียกว่า digital transformation at scale 

 การพัฒนา จะไม่ สามารถ ขับเคลื่อน ได้ ถ้าไม่มี technology ที่ง่าย ราคาจับต้องได้ ล้ำหน้า และ ใช้งานได้จริง

ท้ายสุดนี้ เป้าหมายเรื่อง Digital transformation at scale จะไม่สามารถทำได้ ถ้าเราทำคนเดียวโดยไม่มีพันธมิตร เป็นเหตุให้วันนี้เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะหา partner และตัวแทนจำหน่าย ที่มีเจตนารมณ์เดียวกัน มาช่วยกันขับเคลื่อนประเทศชาติให้เกิดการพัฒนาแบบมุมกว้าง ก้าวกระโดดและเห็นผลในต้นทุนที่ต่ำที่สุด ทำได้จริงในรูปแบบ teamwork 1+1=3
